Itís come to
our attention that many people now believe that the limit
for halibut has changed to 1 per person per
day from the previous limit of 2 pp/pd. This is not
true for where we fish, Cook Inlet.Unfortunately the limit has
dropped to 1 in SouthEast AK. meaning Sitka, Juneau, etc.
The resource is still strong in Cook Inlet and the limit for
2014 will be 2 fish per person, per day of which one can be
over 29" and one 29" or less.

there is no limit to how many you may retain per day. We
will transport you to the beach, provide you with buckets, a
shovel, and if need be we will show you how to dig them. You
are on your own to clean them when we return. The trip
across Cook Inlet to the clam beaches and back is
approximately 60 miles. This adventure runs 8-10 hours.
During certain tides there is a possibility of doing a
diversion for a quick "chicken run" to pick up some smaller
halibut. Please call us for pricing and availability.
