Accommodations in the Inn:
We built the Reel 'Em Inn 1992. There are three rooms with two single beds and one
room with a queen. Each room has a ½ bath, with the
shower house located just a few yards away. We made sure
that the beds were the best because there's nothing like a
really good nights sleep after a hard days' fishing. I'm
proud to say that we have received numerous complements
about the comfort and cleanliness of our Inn.
There are several small restaurants
nearby for your meals. We also have a covered bar-b-que
area where you and your friends can cook up your catch and
enjoy the campfire.
Cabin Accommodations:
Built in 2004, this small cabin sleeps 4 people.
It has a trundal bed, a set of bunk-beds, full bath,
refrigerator, microwave and BBQ grill for the guests use.
(2 night minimum stay)
RV Spaces:
Our RV Park has 12 full hookup spaces that can
accommodate just about any size RV. A covered barbecue
and fire pit area are available for your use. This is not
some giant RV park, just a small, clean, and friendly one.
We have RV restrooms and laundry facilities for our RV
guests.
Along with access to fish cleaning and freezing
facilities we offer a walk-in freezer which is perfect for
the long-term guest who wants to store their catch.
Around
the Area:
Razor clams: the
beach is about 2 miles from us, and it's loaded with razor
clams when there is a minus tide. We rent shovels,
buckets, boots, and can tell you how to get these tasty
devils.

Eagles and Wildlife: there are
dozens of Bald Eagles on the beach in May, and it's an
impressive sight. They start to thin out as the summer
progresses, but you can always find one around. Memorial
Day is about the time the Moose calve, and because the
leaves on the trees have not filled in yet it's easier to
spot them. Later on, it gets quite brushy and hard to see
into the woods, so come early. Occasionally we will have
a moose or two right in camp.
It's best to book early to get the
optimum fishing times and tides (tide has a lot to do with
fishing success in Cook Inlet). The busiest part of the
tourist season is mid June through July, especially for
the RV'ers, so it's best to come early in May, or stay
later into mid August to get the true flavor of
Alaska. Come on up and enjoy a truly unique State.
