Reservations:
Boat
space is limited to six people so we strongly recommend
advance reservations. A deposit of 50% is required to
hold the dates you would like to fish. We prefer cash,
travelers checks or personal checks, but also accept Visa
and MasterCard.
Cancellations:
Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled 15 days prior
to the dates you have reserved, or we are able to fill the
opening.
Limits of Responsibility and Liability:
Cook Inlet Charters & Reel 'Em Inn, Inc, their agents,
employees, contractors, etc. specifically disclaim any
liability which is not the result of their specific
negligence. We assume no liability for acts of omission
or negligence by other persons and are not responsible for
accidents, fire, theft, acts of God or other forces of
nature, loss of equipment, fishing restrictions, or any
other acts beyond our control. All rates quoted are based
on current rates at the time of this printing and are
subject to change without notice. |
